The products are printed and shipped from out warehouse, delivery time depending on order size and complexity.

We would currently allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive just to be safe, though it could take much less time!

If you need your desk as soon as possible, priority shipping can be discussed.

Free returns

If your item does not match the description, or is faulty/damaged upon arrival, you may return your order for a refund on all eligible merchandise (Original shipping charges are non-refundable). Our return policy is effective for up to 30 days from when the order is fulfilled.

How long will it take to recieve my order?

Our standard turnaround time is 2 weeks, but you can pay extra for a priority order. All custom orders will take a minimum of 3 weeks.

What is B/BB Grade Plywood?

B/B grade plywood refers to high-quality plywood with minimal knots or defects, providing a smooth, durable surface perfect for both aesthetic and functional purposes.

Can I customise my desk?

Yes! In order to do so you will have to get in contact with our team, and we will work with you to create your vision.

How should I clean my desk?

To maintain the quality and appearance of your desk, clean it regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that may damage the varnish or printed designs.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not at the moment, we only ship in the UK.

Are the desk edges sealed?

Yes, all desk edges are sealed with the same VOC-free varnish used on the surface, providing a smooth, durable finish that protects against moisture and wear.
